Curd is used since ancient times. It is one of the most nutritious dairy products containing whey protein, which is approximately 100% degradable in the body. White in color, it has a slightly sweet or a bit sour milky taste.

‘Dobrev’ curd is made of yellow cheese whey and has a slightly sweet milky flavor. This makes it an excellent choice for culinary or direct consumption.

Ingredients: yellow cheese whey (w/o cream) – 0.1% fat

Storage: 2-6°C in fridge

Best use: up to 20 days
