Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients – 4 pizzas:

Dough:
1 kg flour
1/2 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml olive oil

Sauce:
Peeled tomatoes
Olive oil

Spices – cayenne pepper (spicy red pepper), basil, oregano, thyme, salt

Cheese and salami:

‘Dobrev’ yellow cheese or mozzarella pizza
Spicy sausage or flat sausage

How to prepare?


Knead the dough, leave it about 1 hour to rise well. Get 250-300gr. from the dough, knead it again and pin out to an even thickness of 5mm.

Prepare the sauce and put it on the rolled dough. Shred some ‘Dobrev’ yellow cheese on top to cover.

Slice the spicy sausage and put it on the pizza. Sprinkle lightly with finely ground cayenne pepper and some more yellow cheese to finish.

Bake in preheated oven to 200 ℃ from both sides, and place the pizza at the lowest level and get it out when top becomes golden brown.
