Smoked provolone

‘Dobrev’ smoked provolone is produced of cow’s milk by an Italian recipe and is naturally smoked with oak chips. Thanks to this its delicate taste becomes richer and the product itself – more durable.

Most often the smoked provolone is in the shape of a pear. Inside it is tight and has a gentle yellow color, and outside is covered by well-smoked rind.

Ingredients: provolone of cow’s milk, salt etc.

Storage: 2-6°C in fridge

Best use: up to 6 months

Suitable for: direct consumption and culinary – appetizers, past, finishes
